I need a good
programmer to be able to develop a module that will display a .plt file as a drawing. Each independent part of the .plt file should then be able to selected and/or other selection methods should be built it.
Once selected the part of the .plt drawing can then be 'engraved' or 'filled', that is, lines or objects can be drawn inside the parts according to given parameters until the objects are filled. The program will then be able to save the file for import into other programs.

I can provide more details but the
programmer MUST be able to show me evidence of:
1. experience with working with .plt .ai or .eps files
2.
programming drawing applications
3. past work in this field.
We will agree a fee for the initial work AND a fee for each update as required.
