I need a quality website on a small budget. This is a non-for-profit website targeted at people under 18. It needs to be simple to navigate, and preferably have basic content
management so users (linked with my Invision Power Board license) with appropriate permissions (Also linked with IPB) can post
articles and news posts.
It also needs to look non-un-professional (but doesn't have to be business like). More detail will be provided on request.
We will be focusing on youths voicing their opinion, worldwide, on major human issues like homelessness, but it will be a general forum. Also, if you would like to partner with me, I'll consider it.
