We require a Server Admin to help our hosting and web design firm.
You should have much experience in
Linux all versions, Xen, OpenVz, HyperVM, and should be able to located and fix problems easily and advise us on new servers, setting up new servers, setting up vps's
Hopefully know centova cast streaming software and whmcs billing software.
Prefer if you also have
windows server experience as we will want to be offering this hosting soon, open exchange hosting, ms exchange etc.
The more experience the better.
We dont know what to do about payment, we can do on a per job or per month basis.
We have at present got one server in UK which is dedicated running cpanel, we have a dedicated box in Europe which is configured to run openvz and hypervm, we have a few vps's set up through it, one with cpanel running Centova cast streaming software.
we are soon to expand with another server in the US. We have a vps running cacti/zabbix for monitoring this is in the US.
We need you help to make sure we are reliable, we will advertise with all our vps and dedicated plans that we can offer them Server management, we will of course outsource this to you.
So looking at a decent priced, reliable tech who is not looking to try and rip us off, but instead to make our business a success as you will be rewarded long term.
You must have a mobile and be contactable in case of emergecy and problems
Gameservers also a plus.
