The site serves as a directory for patients looking for information and/or a doctor
The site serves as a practice website for the most of the doctors listed.
Site hosts hundreds of pages of information and doctors' individual website utilizing a mod_rewrite script.

This mod_rewrite functionality currently exists.

These are the things the new site was to add: Some of them have been started and completed. #5 Completed. #6. Started. etc.

1. menu management (what menu items display and how they display)
2. doctor management which doctors are listed, their status as active or not, demographic data, menu preferences, etc)
3. content management (what pages appear, under what sub menu etc)
4. locate MD functionality (dynamically generated pages/maps. address information from doctor pages creates listing on state/city
5. pre-post gallery photo (nearly complete module, several cosmetic fixes still required; see

6. banner management (each topic has at least 1 company that has a banner displayed on it; attaching the banner to designated pages, and keeping track of click-through, having graphic /logo
7. galleries - need 3-4 styles to display similar photographs
8. admin/billing module (doctors' listings /subscriptions are 1-2 year s in length. contact/demographic information would be entered on the doctor page, but as the site administrator i could generate pdf invoice 60, 30 10 days in advance of expiration and email via site or fax etc. I could also mark account as paid/date received etc. email link might include ability for practice to pay online via paypal link

a. Gallery:
There is now 2 types of galleries:
1. Usual galleries
2. Pre/post operation galleries collections
To add gallery select http://eye-plastics.com/madmin/ "Gallery" and then please clik on "Add gallery" header
To add pre/post gallery select http://eye-plastics.com/madmin "Gallery" and then please clik on "Add Pre/post gallery" header
Each pre/post gallery collections consist from galleries VERY SIMILAR to USUAL galleries. But with difference that there is "Before operation" and time from operation attached to each photo AFTER operation
To add gallery to collection please edit some page at "Content Managment" section. At page bottom you can see dropdowns with galleries
- Usual galleries can be attached by admin to topics page and attached gallery will be displayed at page bottom
- Each doctor with premium account can create usual gallery for own home page

Premium Content/Gallery Information

• displaying personal before and after photo gallery on certain pages on the blepharoplasty and ptosis and brow lift pages or opting to utilize the eyeplastics.com photobase
• hiding banner advertisement

Doctors admin pages
1. doctors can edit their own pages
2. upload background music
3. if premium content is enabled by site administrator, they can add pre-and post photo galleries
4. add galleries to their own page
5. choose which menu items they want to appear or not appear on sub-bmenu
6. choose skin/layout of their site
7. add demographics of their office location, administrative contact/address/fax/email; select preferred method of contact
8. once the doctors add office locations by typing it in two things occur:
1. a google map of that location is generated and be attached to their pages similar to effect of http://drduerksen.com/
2. the location city/state/country is entered into locate pages of eyeplastics (the site administrator has to approve each location, and that it appears in the directory
9. add alias domains which

there are three 'levels' of doctor pages
1. 'lowest' level - subdomain such as bpatel.eyeplastics.com, accessible via locate a doctor page
2. regular level such as DrMarkBrown.com --- accessible via locate page and directly (locate functionality if masked via mod-rewrite) if website is entered directly via domain rather than via locate a page
3. 'premium' content enabled-- like 2, but also ability to mask advertising, have customized photo galleries etc

Styles/Skins
• The menu structure is currently left/vertical; however the content and mod-rewrite is the only thing that really needs to remain
• I have had several of my clients request the ability to display the same content, but choose their layout style including color scheme/fonts etc. this is currently able to be customized only on THEIR initial webpage, rather than THROUGHOUT the site
so the menu format might be flexibe and be horizontal with drop down etc?
