- ability of customer to input specific coupon/discount codes which the form will validate and calculate.
- ability of form to automatically give a flat 5% discount on specific products when returning customer logs in to place an order for these products
- include 2 shipping options
- upon customer submission of form, a confirmation page shows which asks customer to confirm order and shipping/billing details before final submission
