DO YOU HAVE DOLPHIN EXPERIENCE? THEN WE NEED YOU !!!

PROJECT:
We have several
dating sites that we’re converting from Osdate to Dolphin and here’s what needs to be done:
1- We need you to begin by downloading the Dolphin, RMS and Ray
Flash chat
2- We have transferred most of our members to our new DB. But we need you to transfer last few that recently signed up
3- We have devised some Questions to be added to the Questionnaire section of the Profile and upload our contents and
photos onto each website
4- We would like the look of the standard Dolphin to be slightly changed in certain pages (like the member INBOX pages, etc.). Which are easy to do in Dolphin.
5- We had a
graphic designer design a very nice Homepage Skin, and we need you to the skin Dolphin compatible.
6- We need you to set up specific code to allow us to easily send mass-emails based on each member's preferences along with direct back-link to their profile: HERE'S AN EXAMPLE OF WHAT WE MEAN:
[…Lets say we have 400 male members who have chosen their "IDEAL MATCH" to be women between ages 19 and 25. Now each week, we’ll need to send them an email template (which we already have), in this case the email would have pictures of 4-6 women between 19 and 25 and with one click we would like to be able to send those email
templates to all those 400 men and repeat that for other age groups (those who want women between 25 and 35, etc…]
7- Then we’ll need you to create a BACK-LINK CODE: Each email template who is sent to a member, will contain photographs of their ideal matches ( 4 or 6 pictures and a small description - once they like one of those women, they should be able to simply click on their photograph or a link called: "email me" or "send me a Flirt" and automatically be logged-in to their profile and be taken to that woman's profile or if they chose: email me - They can be directly taken to their INBOX where the email is already set up to send an email to this specific woman (WITHOUT NEEDING TO GO TO SITE AND LOGIN FIRST), so code is set up to recognize them as member and automatically re-direct them to their own profile or the girl's picture and profile, but as a LOGGED-IN MEMEBR.
